Junky Monkey

Today we had something called Junky Monky. It is called Junky Monkey because there is some Junk layed on the floor and we can just make something out of it. Some people made cars, houses, swings and many more other stuff. It was fun because you can be creative and put your mind into it.

Good friend By Georga

Hey Georga

This is your good friend Teddy.

I appreciate you always hugging me when you sleep or when you are feeling down or lonely.

But now I am gone in the dust thanks to your papa.

I just want to thank you for all the memories we’ve had – like remember that time you told me about that guy you like or that time you called me your only best friend when we were playing Tea parties because you didn’t have one.

Or that time you were giving me a whole show and then you ended up bumping your head on the door and then you cried,

Yeah those times.

I know you are growing up every year but I just hope you haven’t forgotten me because I will always be your first best friend.

But thank you for being my first owner and always caring for me even if I’m not human.

You are my best friend and my only best friend .

From your missed best friend Teddy.

Fun Run

Today we had fun run with Glen Innes school. We ran from Pakuranga yacht club to St Kens. I felt like I was going to die while I was running because of the heat. I am so proud of myself because I made it to the end.

We should wear mufti at school

We should wear mufti at school by Georga

SAME CLOTHES EVERYDAY

I believe that wearing mufti is a good idea because children don’t have to worry about their uniform having  holes or stains because they can just YANK something out of their cupboard/drawer  and wear it to school.

FREEDOM OF CHOICE

In my opinion I believe that freedom of choice is being able to wear anything anywhere especially to school because to me I believe that if your comfortable than you’ll be able to comfortably learn and concentrate on work.

COMFORTABLENESS

I think children should be able to wear mufti to school so they can feel comfortable in what they wear. Sometimes kids don’t feel comfortable in school uniforms because of insecurities.

Lastly, I believe that we should wear mufti because of my three reasons listed on the top. I think all schools should allow us children to wear mufti to school.

HALs with Mrs Diamond

Today we had Mrs Diamond modelling two fitness lessons for us. They were called “Tail Tag” and “On the Bench”. We had so much fun learning new skills and having fun with friends.
